FORMALIZING A GLOBAL PRACTICE AREA

Embedded as if a formal staff member, Brett Galimidi spent 8 months helping an all-star legal team craft their emerging practice into a concise approach for addressing the legal needs of companies in the evolving cleantech space including solar, wind, biofuels, carbon markets, green building, regulation and assisting cleantech startups.

Brett and a small team were tasked with merging the worlds of cleantech and law by helping shed light on the industry trends and leaders, emerging technologies, companies and countries to watch, and more, ultimately seeking areas where MoFo could use its expertise to grow the sector.
