EOS Climate is a unique organization working to blend sensible business with a very important ecological mission- keeping toxic refrigerants out of the environment. As a ‘social enterprise,’ EOS is accountable to its investors and staff for BOTH economic performance as well as environmental. While the former has plenty of established metric, the latter has no set guidelines.

Digital Timber (then Envirogeek) worked closely with the leadership team to elucidate and define sustainability performance metrics that both met the needs of their stakeholders while also provided them with insight to be used in management decision-making. We also provided a basic set of tools for monitoring and evaluation of its work.
